You want to do chest-toning exercises.
Such as, push ups, pull ups, etc.

If you google “chest toning exercises for men”, you’ll come across a plethora of information.

But, in complete honesty, it’s probably fat loss that you’re ultimately in need of – NOT that you’re fat, but sometimes fat accumulates in different places. For me, it’s my thighs and stomach. Work on eating healthier foods and lean meats, and keep a daily exercise regimen, but increase your workout to add in chest-toning exercises.

I really want a small chest, not some huge one. So, what exercises would be good to flatten a chest? Tightening my stomach and thighs would be good too, but I really want like a 34/36 A. Also I don’t care what people think about small chests or whatever, I want one so please help!! Thanks!
oh ya, I don’t want an exercise that would make my butt more round, and to make my body too muscular. I prefer leaner muscles on me :) thanks!!

Cardio will make you loose weight and body fat all over, including your chest.

man i GOT stacked there too…….to be short nothing helped much ……….until I started with complete Insane Gains program …..it took me 2 week than to break the wall I was hitting 4 months almost ……… it is too long to explain and it is personal , detailed approach you get on

Incline bench press, decline bench press, pec-deck flys, flat bench dumbell flys, push ups, and dips are all good ways to strengthen your pectoralis muscles.

I’m 6ft tall and 190 pounds… I’m weak in the arms and chest and would like some advice on some exercises li can do. I’m in a rural area and the closest gym is like a hour and a half away so a gym is not a option. Is just push ups all I can do??? Answer only if you know what your talking about!

to work on your chest and arms you have
regular pushups

diamond pushups

I start out in the gym with 5 sets of 5 ( reps ) – Then I’ll do 3 to 5 sets of 5, on the fly machine.

After that, I do incline dumbbell presses.

I try to focus my pec muscles as much as I can, and basically. I never feel the workout. Only 1 time in a year I actually felt my workout, and it’s when I was new to working out.

That tense flabby feeling in the biceps, or chest is how I know i’ve gotten a good workout … but I just can’t get it anymore.

I’m not getting stronger, or barely any muscle mass, tone, or growth.

What should I do ?

I am trying to get toned abs, pecks, and arm muscles. and i was what can i do to do that without a home gym or going to the gym? i only have a treadmill and weights so is there anything else i need to buy to help aid me? also do i need any dietary supplements or protien powders?

Push-ups and flys are very good for building chest muscles. So is swimming, especialy the breaststroke and broadstroke.
