Im 17 6’0 175 and i have man boobs. I lose a lot of weight but my boobs didn’t disappeared . Right now i still have some belly fat but is not like a huge or big belly. Is there anything i can do to lose them without surgery or i should just learn how to live with it.. They have caused me a lot of insecurities and im terrified of taking my shirt off in front of other people and i cannot wear tight clothing because its just to embarrassing. Also i gave up playing sports because of it .

by doing cardio exercises. you need to burn fat. try running, riding a bike, using the eliptical machine. by the way fat burn starts after 20 minutes of working out. so use should probably start out by doing any of these activities for 25-30 minutes. it would probably help if you ate healthier and less. and just for the helk of it why not incorporate weight training.

I’m 16 and 5′ 8″ , and I have triangular-shaped man boobs. I’ve been doing cardio for about 5 weeks now, and went from 213 pounds to 180 pounds. However, I still have a lot of belly fat and the man boobs.

Will my triangular man boobs go away with more cardio(b/c I’m still overweight and fat).

Will adding pushups and situps help too?
