Question by We all Hate Leeds Scum: Is jogging a good way to lose stomach fat/man boobs?
Im looking to slim down my stomach area and lose my man boobs. im not fat, but these areas are :D . I play soccer so i can do quite a bit of jogging. will jogging 3 miles 4-5 times per day trim down my mid section well?

You gotta do wing exercises to lose the man boobs. Not heavy or extreme, just light enough to feel the pecks burn and in time, they will diminish. the muscle will eat up the fat. Running will help the mid section also. but not the pecks.

Do lots of cardio to burn fat, change your diet, do some ab exercises to strengthen the muscle underneath your belly fat. Once you burn the fat off of your stomach you’ll have muscle definition underneath (= Make sure you’re getting enough protein so you can gain muslcle because muscle burns fat. Best of luck!

Serious answers only. I want to lose like 10 pounds in my stomach and my man boobs. I am 6’3, 190 pounds. When I do chest excerises it seems to only makes them worse.

never tried the new metabolife, but I have tried the older one that came out in like 2000, i had the greatest results then again that had the ingrediant of ephedra, and I had some trouble sleeping. Try drinking 3 cups of green tea a day, it helps burn fat.

True, diet and exercise will help. I don’t see how those man boobs showed up in a week, that takes time to build up. Since that is the case, then diet changes are most likely your need. Exercise can be as simple as walking or standing more at work.
