Question by Nick: How many times a week should I workout my chest?
My chest workout:
Bench Press
Dumbbell Press
Dumbbell Fly
Incline Dumbbell Press
Incline Dumbbell Fly
Decline Press
Incline Press
Dumbbell Pullover
Each is 3 sets of 10 reps
Gain more weight when I feel I can.
If I decide to work on the chest once a week according the workout plan above, will I improve my bench press max? For some reasons, I feel that resting for several days may not increase my bench press max.

Rest for about 2-3 days when your muscles are no longer sore. If your recovered and you do take a break, that’s when you start to weaken, but when your sore your muscles are still growing and repairing. Just start once you feel like your muscles are feeling recovered again.
