Question by supercool: can i just take a protein shake or bar immediatly after a workout only on chest days to only target my chest?
The only muscle I’m interested in building a the present time is my pectorals, so if I only take a protein supplement on my chest workout days (twice a week) will that only target my chest? Also, what kind of protein supplement would do this best? I’m thinking whey. Finaly, how much of that protein should I take?

No, it won’t go straight to your chest. Your body will decide how to use it, and just because you worked out your pecs will not draw the protein there or anything. You may want to try protein every day. A lot of bodybuilders like whey protein because it’s easier on the stomach and it tastes better.

i started lifting doing by doing curls and arm raises, for curls i lifted a 12 pound dumbell and for raises 8pound dumbell, i did it for 2 months but when i added weight to a 14 pound and 12 pound dumbell, i felt a pain in the chest next day and a slight blood flavor!!! whats wrong! i dont even do chest workouts!! whats wrong with my body?

Clearly, that didn’t work out. You may have sore muscles. If it were a heart attack, you would have felt it immediately and have felt pain on the left side and down the arm and severe pain. If concerned, call your doctor. Instead of added weight, add another few repetitions.

Alright so I use to weight 230 now I weight 173 & now I wanna know how to lose my man boobs & how to get a six pack how do I get a six pack cause I still got a little pudge since I lost the weight?

Buy P90X or look up workouts for the abs on youtube. I lost mine by this.

Work out really hard with muscle-building exercises and eat plenty of lean proteins, fresh fruits and vegetables. This will help normalize your hormones and burn off the little extra fat you still have.

It actually depends if you’re benching or what. Push ups are an ok warm up prior to putting up heavy weight on a bench press. I also strongly consider stretching out your chest, shoulders and arms in order to cut down on possible muscle strains. Also, contrary to locker room stories, women generally aren’t attracted to a man’s chest. If you take a random sample of 20, you’ll probably see the validity of what I’m saying.

you have extra female hormones, see ur doctor
this is common during puberty, at ur age my nipples also became swollen, it usually just goes with time

try this its like an air situp-hang off of the pull up bar arms straight and legs bent back so your heels r touching ur ass then slowly crunch your abs so that ur knees are coming toward ur chest do 4 sets of 10 every day and u should be good

MMkaay, my brother use to be really fat, and he’s been on a diet and lost a lot of weight.. but now he has man boobs that i assume are left over fat in the chest..theyre no that condition where theyre real, its just his chest with left over fat, which causes him to look like he has man boobs.. how does he get rid of the leftover fat in his chest (manboobs) ? lol

I’m 18, 5’5″ 160 lbs I’m going to gym regularly for 3 hrs a day doing workouts for chest, triceps and biceps. I’ll bench press about 60 lbs for 15-20 reputation. Now a days I’m not at all feeling any pain which I felt earlier in my chest after doing chest workouts using barbells and dumbells, I want to know what’s wrong with me. I’m not a muscular person.
