i had that same problem. what really made my chest grow your going to need to cut weight but i hit my chest at different angles doing dumbbell bench press makes the chest work much harder cuz ur trying to balance the dumbells and do alot of decline bench press makeing the chest work harder alot of dumbbell flys but what help me i cut alot fo weight and got my BF% down

Are you overweight? If so, try to lose the weight. But if you are like myself and unfortunately have Gynecomastia, the only way to reduce them completely is with surgery.

There’s no way to get rid of fat in a specific area, at least without a knife.
