Question by : What are some Ab and pec workouts with dumbells?
I have noticed that I am starting to put a little bit of weight on, I would love to have some Ab and Chest workouts for a standard dumbell. Thanks

I think its called a Dumbell Press
Get in bench press position
You hold your dumbells to your chest
Have the ends point slightly to your head
Push up then bring down.
For abs
All I know is to hold a dumbell behind your head hold 1 with both hands
and do crunches with that

I rather do chest workouts without a machine. I’m also not fond of sit ups/ push ups. but if you could suggest any simple yet effective exercises for beginners it would be appreciated. I also eat as healthy as possible and exercise everyday for about 1h 30m.
why is the chest one of the harder muscles to expand and be defined?

Its not, its not very difficult, but you need equipment. You will never have a nice chest without having gym equipment. Youll see very little change without.

I own dumbells that go up to 20 pounds and i have a bar that i can attach to a dorr and do pull-ups and stuff like that. Also if someone can give me info about creatine and things like that.

Best workouts is pushing your own body weight.
Check out this hardcore gorgeous trainer, who mainly does exercises that combine anaerobic and aerobic training. She looks amazing and rarely uses any equipment! Super tone and firm. A perfect example on how to do the exercise to get the maximum results.

i started lifting doing by doing curls and arm raises, for curls i lifted a 12 pound dumbell and for raises 8pound dumbell, i did it for 2 months but when i added weight to a 14 pound and 12 pound dumbell, i felt a pain in the chest next day and a slight blood flavor!!! whats wrong! i dont even do chest workouts!! whats wrong with my body?

Clearly, that didn’t work out. You may have sore muscles. If it were a heart attack, you would have felt it immediately and have felt pain on the left side and down the arm and severe pain. If concerned, call your doctor. Instead of added weight, add another few repetitions.

Incline bench press, decline bench press, pec-deck flys, flat bench dumbell flys, push ups, and dips are all good ways to strengthen your pectoralis muscles.
